Airbrushing VS. Foundation

Airbrush makeup is known for being extremely durable and long-lasting, and can offer complete coverage, you can also keep it on the sheer side if you prefer. If you really love the look of totally flawless skin or need makeup that won’t budge, airbrushing might be the way to go. So what is airbrushing? Airbrushing uses the power of compressed air to mist foundation gently across your skin using special foundation cartridges that fit into a corresponding airbrushing device. How will it look on your skin? You will look perfectly polished and very similar to the "airbrushed" models you see in magazines. If you don’t want to feel like you’re wearing a heavy coat of foundation, airbrush might be right for you. Airbrush makeup requires less product and it gives you more coverage because of the spray application process. The pigment is much smaller on the skin but covers a larger surface area making this texture compatible with most HD cameras that will be snapping photos of the bride all day. The bonus is you look flawless in person and on camera.

With a classic foundation it is possible to achieve similar results to the effect of an airbrush foundation. This requires a long lasting liquid foundation and more time blending and stippling the foundation strategically across the face. If you are hoping for a long lasting finish, I would opt for the airbrush finish as this can promise up to 12hr wear! #airbrusing #bridalmakeup #longwearfoundation
